hi, hello, welcome

I'm fran, and I make things on purpose :)

About Me

Hi, I'm Fran! Welcome to my little corner of handmade things.

I've always loved making things with my hands and painting since I was a kid. It was how I coped with and expressed my emotions growing up. I started posting my art on Instagram, and one day someone asked where they could buy it. I didn't have an answer, so I opened this shop!

I currently handpaint ceramics and create paintings, but I'm also the type who can't pick just one thing, so you might see other random crafts pop up too. I'm always open to creating something custom. Every piece is made by hand, at home, by me, which means no two are exactly alike, just how I've always wanted it to be!

When I'm not painting, I'm usually hanging out with loved ones, listening to music, or playing video games.

I hope something here makes you smile, and if you ever have questions, a custom idea, or just want to chat about art, my inbox is always open!

The Team

Handmade by one person, but not run by one person. These two make the rest of it possible.

    Operations Managermy brother

My brother, and the reason anything actually ships. He handles the parts of a shop that aren't painting — orders, inventory, markets, and the logistics I would happily ignore forever.

  • PHOTO — Edward, at a keyboard, presumably.

    Website Developerbuilt this site

The one who built the place you're standing in. Every page, every wobbly button, and every little doodle in the corners — that's him turning my "could it do this?" into something that works. Fran's kitten Tuba typed this while I was making the website: "hgbvvredjkiutyg"

The origins of the logo

You may have noticed my logo is a bunny plushie, but I didn't make that choice because he's cute — well, not JUST because he's cute. Meet Nounours: my best friend since birth, courtesy of my amazing mother, who's always supported my love of art.

If you look closely, he's got a small dent in his right ear thanks to my childhood dog Zipper, and a handful of other battle scars from a lifetime of adventures. He's traveled with me to every country I have, and has been there for me through many a breakdowns. Some people may think it's a little weird how attached I am to him, but I don't really care. So when people ask why my logo is a slightly battered bunny, now you know. He earned it.
